A confidential, no-obligation conversation to understand your business, your goals, and whether this engagement is the right fit. I will be direct about whether I can add genuine value — and I will only take on the work if I believe I can.
Alignment Process
If there is a fit, I spend time understanding the business in depth — the numbers, the team, the processes, the competitive landscape. I will only move forward to an engagement once we have been through this alignment process together.
Engagement Letter
A clear, plain-English engagement letter covering the scope, fees, and terms — with no lock-in and no notice period required. No ambiguity.
Embedded Delivery
Work begins. I am present in the business, driving the agreed programme, managing specialists, and reporting on progress. The focus is always on measurable outcomes.
Review & Adapt
Regular reviews to assess progress, adjust priorities, and ensure the programme is tracking towards the agreed objectives — whether that is a sale target, a profitability threshold, or a conversion rate.
