In 2014, I took everything I knew and backed myself. As Co-Founder of EverythingManaged Group, I transitioned from Finance Director to leading the full business — building teams, designing sales processes, overhauling marketing, and scaling operations across a decade of sustained growth.
The result: a start-up scaled into a £40m+ revenue corporation, culminating in an 8-figure exit. Not in a PowerPoint. In reality.
